
A Programme Manager with extensive experience of working in the Banking Sector is required for an initial 9 month contract. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week on site in London and is inside IR35 so you will need to work via an FCSA accredited umbrella company.

*Leadership across complex, global, matrix organisations working with a wide array of individual business lines
*Highly effective communicator
*Ensure effective coordination between workstreams, maintaining seamless integration.
*Agile delivery experience: The emphasis is on hands-on delivery rather than purely serving as an Agile evangelist.
*Experience in Financial Services / Banking and know when to escalate issues and when to dive into specific workstreams.
*Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to the programme's changing needs.
