We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to lead the change management activities to uplift our client's Cloud technology capabilities. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful adoption of a new operating model across the Technology organization. The Business Change Manager will be responsible for understanding the necessary changes and developing tailored change plans for individual teams to facilitate a smooth transition to the new cloud-based environment.
The consultant will be required to be based at client's main office in central London at least 2 days per week.

Qualifications and experience:

Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field. Relevant professional certification (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Practitioner) is preferred.

Experience:
o Proven experience as a Business Change Manager or in a similar role, preferably within large-scale IT transformation projects with significant operating model change. Experience with Cloud Platform implementations is highly desirable.

Skills:
o Extensive experience of implementing Target Operating Model (TOM).
o Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
o Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
o Ability to conduct impact assessments and develop detailed change plans.
o Experience in training and development related to IT implementations.
o Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
o Proficient in project management software and tools.
o Familiarity with Azure Cloud Platform and associated technologies.
o ITIL certified
