PMO Consultant - DV cleared
We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Consultant to support and enhance project management capabilities across our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project management frameworks, governance models, tools, and best practices. They will work closely with project teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and improve existing PMO structures, processes, and methodologies.
Design and implement project governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks.
Develop and enhance project management tools, templates, and dashboards.
Ensure alignment of project objectives with strategic business goals.
Provide guidance and coaching to project managers and teams on best practices.
Conduct PMO maturity assessments and recommend improvements.
Standardize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) across teams.
Monitor and track project performance, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
Support change management initiatives related to PMO implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or consulting roles.
Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyse project data and provide insights for decision-making.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred.
