Role: Support Project Manager
London - 2-3 days on site per week
IR35: Outside
Duration: Minimum 6 months
Start date: ASAP
Role details:
* Work with onsite teams to gather and document business requirements
* Previous experience of a EUC / desktop refresh environment (win10, Win11), would be preferred
* Some exposure or understanding of AVD/ Intune, not essential but desirable
* Experience of working with IT teams, Architects, Service Operations not essential but desirable
* Help develop the runbook for Win11 device rollout and own that document once it is agreed (senior PM accountable for initial development)
* Responsible for developing and maintaining progress dashboards:
· For use by ITSMs, COOs etc to show progress of deployment and help them identify individuals who need encouragement to switch devices
· For senior management to show progress and highlight hot spots e.g. for project board / TLT
* Work with the on the ground teams to understand resource requirements
* Work with the comms manager to provide information relevant to project communications
* Potentially if capacity allows - Triage issues and incidents related to the rollout as they come in and ensure they are prioritised and assigned to the appropriate teams to manage
* Support the senior PM in ad hoc undertakings
