Role Title - : Business Process Architect
Clearance - : SC
Location - : 3 days per week on site, working 1 hour commute west of London
Duration - : 3 months with potential to extend to EOY.
IR35- : Inside/PAYE
* Analysing existing business processes for inefficiencies and areas for improvement
* Working with limited documentation and bringing the process' up to standard
* Collaborating with a large number of stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
* Leading and facilitating a wide range of workshops with key stakeholders from across the business
* Supporting business stakeholders in the change journey during programme delivery
* Designing and modelling new processes to enhance operational efficiency
* Developing process documentation, including flows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Work in defining a target operating model and running through to realisation
* Conducting process workshops and training sessions for team members
* Implementing process changes and monitoring their impact
* Supporting data cleansing and optimisation
* Ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements
* Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives to support programme delivery
* Coordinating with scrum teams (and other cross functional teams) to integrate process changes with technology solutions
