Human System / Factors Integration (HSI / HFI)
Role Requirement
* Experience producing of HSI plans in line with the some of the standards below
* Experience with the UK MOD Project team one or both of the following -
o Experience with interfacing with the UK MOD project Team within HFI stages 1 to 3
o Experience of working within the UK MOD project Team within HFI stages 1 to 3
* Experience of UK MOD FMI stages 4 to 6
* Experience with the UK MOD HFI working Group (HFIWG)
* Experience with the production of HFI Case Reports
* Experience with the production of RAIDO
* Experience with HMI and HCI Style Guides
* Experience with HMI and HCI Design Specifications
* Provide integration with HSI / HFI standards
o Knowledge of DEFSTAN-251
o Knowledge JSP-912
o Knowledge ISO-9241-210
o Some knowledge of DOD instruction 50000.2
* Interfacing with the Capability sponsor and Capability Acquirer
* Provide HFI/HSI integration with the System Engineering and HF Teams
* Analyse and define the Human System Integration Plan
* Define and provide HSI / HFI Domains as required by the customer e.g.
o Provide Manpower projections
o Provide Personnel Data
o Provide Training
o Provide Human Factors Engineering
o Provide Human Safety
o Provide Human Health Hazards
o Provide Human Survivability
o Provide Human Habitability
o Provide Human Environment
