Brief Role Overview
Your role will involve providing technical support to issues raised by the Service Ops Centre. You will be responsible for the investigation and delivery of defect resolutions through Engineering in to the Production Environment without impacting the Live service, delivering engineering changes to time and quality an following the engineering lifecycle
In addition, you may be required to work evenings and weekends in support of the project.
Your transferable skills and experience:
* Good Communication Skills.
* Be capable of producing concise install documentation.
* Good analysis and problem solving skills.
Good understanding and proven track record of the following Technologies
* IP / Firewall technologies
* Experience of Agile working, and "Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Group Policy and scripting
* Exchange
* Messaging
* Experience of working in a secure environment
