Key responsibilities at this level can be:
* Engaging with staff in the business to look to understand the skills, capabilities, roles and responsibilities needed to deliver their objectives
* Successfully delivering people focused change initiatives in a complex environment.
Key Deliverables:
* To support the Interim Head of OD and OD Change Management Lead day-to day
* Capturing, identifying and summarising roles and responsibilities and being able to translate this into job descriptions
* Mapping current staff who sit in our current structures into future structures aligning their skills and experience.
* Note taking
* Preparing the Organisational Design proposals and implementation plans for Boards for approval
