We have an urgent requirement for an SC cleared Service Reporting Analyst on an initial 6 month contract. The role is fully onsite, Salisbury.
Key Responsibilities include:
- The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Gather data from various sources, analyse it, and compile it into comprehensive reports
- Create and maintain reports that highlight key metrics and trends.
- Develop data visualization tools to help stakeholders understand complex data.
- Identify and analyse trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Work with all towers to understand their reporting needs and fulfil them.
Essential Skills & Experience includes:
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification required, further ITIL certifications are desired
- Proficiency in analysing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Attention to detail in data handling and reporting.
- Written and verbal communication skills to present data findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of reports.
- Understanding of business operations and the ability to align data analysis with business goals.
- Understanding of Service Management Framework
