We are looking a Implementation Delivery Manager that focuses on acquisition for one of our telecoms clients based in Reading. This role will require weekly visits to site which varies between once to three times a week.
The Acquisition Delivery Manager is responsible for successful acquisition to their assigned Project. Tasks include, but not limited to:
? Negotiation of CODE agreement
? Experience with initial lease signing, lease rights, lease renewals
? Input into CODE drawings to support legal discussions with portfolio/property owner
? Site suitability assessments
? Input across all site types ? new builds, upgrades, swaps and NTQ queries
The Acquisition Delivery Manager is expected to make fact-based decisions and execute speedily to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels in line with the companies values, to drive success, maintain customer satisfaction and deliver a profitable business.
