WAN Engineer
A WAN engineer with 2nd and 3rd line support experience is needed. You will be involved in BAU and configuration activities on projects. Joining an existing team of engineers working on the customer WAN estate, project and implementation work, general support escalations and fault finding.
Skills:
- Juniper
- IP routing and switching
- knowledge of IPSEC, and VPNs
- MPLS and PKI for authentication purposes
- Triaging calls related to WAN network - troubleshooting, fault finding, service line support
The contract is for 3-6 months initially and is based full time onsite in Solihull.
