Acceptance manager
The Acceptance Implementation Manager is responsible for successful and timely close down of all Work In Progress (WIP) to their assigned Project. Supporting the Build infrastructure to close all site level defects and outstanding Handover Packs (HOP). Working on performance affecting and non-performance affecting site Quality issues.
The Acceptance Implementation Manager role will also liaise with key project support functions, including but not limited to:
Logistics - timely calling off Ericsson and any 3rd party Hardware ready for shipment to site or holding warehouse
Finance/Project Support/Management function - WIP management, financial and delivery
3rd Party management - manage and liaise with any 3rd party Build dependencies - Transmission/REC/site access
The Acceptance Implementation Manager must develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Global product catalogue with emphasis on real time deployment and procedures
The Acceptance Implementation Manager is also responsible for the safe, accurate and compliant data handling on their respective Project. .
The Acceptance Implementation Manager should have a strong knowledge of CDM 2015, strong understanding of supporting government policies in relation to construction, including but not limited to; HSG47, PAS128, British Standards (BS) and Euro Codes.

The Acceptance Implementation Manager is responsible for the following:
Conducting gating meetings with the ASP and relevant SMEs to close outstanding defects and HOPs inline with SLAs and KPIs
Responsible for Health and Safety management from initial site planning to site execution phase.
Data - The Implementation Manager is held accountable to their Project Data. All site Milestones and current status, with supporting comments and evidence/documents must be uploaded and updated, as a minimum, weekly, to ensure accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders at all times
Project reporting - internal reporting to Customer Project Manager or any other stakeholders as required
Required
Expert knowledge of site based delivery, including Rigging, Install and Commissioning (I&C) of Ericsson radio products
Knowledge of quality auditing and defect identification.
Knowledge of Construction Design and Management (CDM 2015) Regulations
H&S internal/external audit experience
Fluency in English
UK driving licence
Ability to manage relationships at all levels across all stakeholders Customers, Suppliers
Extensive experience working with ASPs/SWCs and Customer interaction
Desirable
Site based qualifications such as Working at Height, First Aid, RF Awareness
Experience with other vendors is advantageous - Cisco, Commscope, Kathrein, Tyrone etc
