Required: Trade Floor Support Engineer ( 1st / 2nd line )
Location: 5 days per week on site in London
Duration: 6 months +
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Mandatory skills:
- Previous Trade Floor / Commodities service experience (5 years demonstratable experience)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a natural customer care / professional attitude are absolute essential pre-requisite.
- Technical understanding of PC hardware/software
- Windows 10 and 11 support.
- Microsoft Office 365.
- Must be a Team Player with drive, motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
- Drive, motivation, and ability to work unsupervised.
- AD Account management and Administration.
- Azure Account management and Administration.
- Intune Account Management and Administration.
- Understanding and ability to work with PowerShell - creating /editing PowerShell scripts
