Service Delivery Manager - SC Cleared
As a service delivery manager you will have experience with all aspects of Service Management process and tooling. Responsible for all elements of service management including the transformation (transition) of the design into live service. You will have the ability to identify, justify and document appropriate end-to-end service designs required by our customers that meets their specific requirements
Skills required:
- Experience in providing high quality solutions and documentation using a structured approach.
- Demonstrable experience in the creation, or modification, of a variety of Service design artefacts.
- Client-facing with the ability to communicate ideas and thoughts to senior executives.
- Commercially astute - expert knowledge of contractual obligations and associated constraints.
- Experience of steering solutions through several quality gates.
- Experience in requirements management and associated tooling.
- Experience of working on secure infrastructure solutions.
The contract is for 12 months initially and is based on site 5 days per week.
