Solution Architect/TDA Role
* High Level understanding of SIP UC Architecture (Voice, Video) ideally CUCM (ON-PREMISE)
o Resilient Call Control on mission critical platform, Gateways e.g. CUBE, Endpoints, Cross Domain voice/video, Conferencing, Voicemail
* High Level understanding Networks, Security
* Liaising with stakeholders - Customer, VBSE Voice , Engineers, PM's & previous supplier - Managing supplier transition (from technical perspective) and working to understand the platform and its challenges then helping to shape going forward
* Customer facing role with requirement for travel between key sites
