Break Fix Engineer
The role will be working for a leading financial provider, as such the suitable candidate should be willing to go through a soft financial check as part of their application.
This role requires 2+ years of Desktop Support experience providing break/fix support.
You will be responsible for maintaining, analysing, troubleshooting, repairing, upgrading, installing, moving, testing, & replacing software systems, hardware, & computer peripherals
This position is responsible for providing onsite service and support to customers. The potholder will act either a parts only or a field service engineer on assigned open tickets to resolve customer affecting technical issues in a timely fashion, to maintain maximum customer satisfaction.
Standard hours but can be applied with flexibility (i.e. start early and finish early for distant sites so you can arrive at 8am etc, daily shift can be 8-4 or 10-6 as the contract required 8am to 6pm coverage.
A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 18 weeks.
