A BizTalk consultant is required for an initial 9 month contract. This is a hybrid role with 2 days on site in Milton Keynes and is inside IR35 so will require working via an FCSA accredited umbrella company

Key Responsibilities

*Design and implement BizTalk solutions to meet business requirements.
*Develop and deploy integrations using BizTalk Server.
*Perform BizTalk upgrades and migration.
*Monitor and optimize BizTalk applications for performance and reliability.
*Ensure compliance with best practices, security policies, and integration standards.

Key Sills and experience:

Essential:
*Proven experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server (2004/2006/2010/2013/2020).
*A technical background and working knowledge and experience of Windows Server
*Experience of application support, security hardening and performance tuning
*Ability to troubleshoot low-level issues
*Excellent communication skills including an ability to influence senior stakeholders
*Previous experience working in a regulated environment
*Hands-on experience with BizTalk upgrades and migration.
*Hands-on experience with adapters.
*Experience with BizTalk monitoring solutions including SCOM, and Dynatrace.
*Strong knowledge of integration frameworks, Orchestrations, Transformation and mapping.
*Familiarity with enterprise application integration and messaging protocols.
*Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:
*Knowledge of any of IIS, .Net Framework, PowerShell, IBM MQ, Host Integration Service (HIS) and SQL Server.
*Experience of ServiceNow.
