My Public Sector client is undertaking an ERP Transformation programme within HR, Finance & Payroll.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to supplement the existing team due to an increase in workload.

The contract should be a long term opportunity with extensions highly likely.

Experience required:
- Experience moving an organisation and its people from one ERP system to a new ERP system
- Data Mapping of HR Data
- HR Data Analysis and translating these into technical solution
- Agile working practice experience
- Public Sector or Government experience
- Jira
- HR system mapping experience within an ERP Transformation
