WORKDAY IMPLEMENTATION LEAD

Job Summary: The Workday Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the successful implementation and configuration of Workday solutions within our organisation. This role requires expertise in Workday, strong project management skills, and a keen eye for design to ensure that our systems are both functional and visually appealing.


Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday solutions, including HCM, Financials, and Payroll modules.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet the needs of the public sector.
* Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
* Conduct system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and accuracy of the implemented solutions.
* Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and usage of Workday systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementation and post-go-live.
* Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements, ensuring that our systems remain current and efficient.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, design specifications, and user guides.


Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday implementation and configuration.
* Strong design experience, with the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
* Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Knowledge of public sector processes and requirements is highly desirable.
* Workday certification(s) preferred.
