Role : Training Consultant
Duration : 3 months rolling contract, work expected until December 2026
Location : HYBRID base locations are Corsham or Bristol - once a week.
Once a week also expected to Dorset - as these are outside of base locations travel can be expensed.
IR35 Status: Inside IR35.
Clearance level required: SC Minimum

Skills and Experience
* Strong knowledge of JSP822: DSAT, Part 2;
* Highly experienced DSAT TNA and course design practitioner;
* Proficient Instructor, with experience of delivering pilot courses, trials training and uplift / conversion training
* A good understanding of DSAT InVal process;
* Proficient in the use of MS office applications e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
* Proficient in the use of e-learning authoring tools e.g. Captivate, Articulate, or similar products
* Experience of conducting quality assurance reviews of courseware and training systems.

Role :
* Update Training Needs Analysis (TNA) reports;
* Design course packages;
* Develop courseware and training aids;
* Assure course packages, courseware and training aids developed by 3rd Party Contractors;
* Support the production and maintenance of training delivery schedules;
* Deliver training courses;
* Capture Internal Validation (InVal) data from training courses;
* Enabling Objectives (EOs) and Key Learning Points (KLPs);
* Assessment Strategy (AStrat) and Assessment Specifications (ASpecs);
* Learning Scalar and Learning Specifications (LSpecs).
