Key Project Experience Required:
* Delivering systems changes for actuarial and finance systems in complex environments (e.g., ISA product launches).
* Managing integration of finance systems with insurance or actuarial systems (e.g., bulk purchase annuity policy admin systems).
* Mobilizing workstreams for large-scale programs (e.g., protection policy admin systems).
* Leading data migration projects (e.g., Progress books migration).
Preferred Skills:
* Strong understanding of finance systems and actuarial processes.
* Experience in insurance transactions, data migration, or life and pensions.
* Ability to shape and manage project plans and handle complex dependencies.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, especially in regulated environments.
* Familiarity with release management, including actuarial release cycles.
