We have an urgent requirement for an Administrator / Personal Assistant on an initial contract starting from 02 December until 31 March 2025. This will be predominantly remote working with ad hoc travel to site in Central Manchester. The ideal candidate will have experience of working as a personal assistant to senior managers, with experience of diary management and can work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities will include:
* Providing efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to team members, including preparing correspondence and papers, collating, copying and distributing papers and managing diaries
* Organising meetings, teleconferences, video conferences and other events, which may include co-ordinating the attendance of attendees, organising meetings rooms, facilities and refreshments, making travel arrangements for those attending meetings and preparing attendance lists
* Servicing meetings, which will include producing agendas, collating and distributing meeting papers and minuting meetings
* Administration of the committee and/or groups relevant to the projects for which they have responsibility

Essential skills and experience include:
* Knowledge of work procedures to manage routine office tasks, such as records management, diary management and facilitating meetings
* Experience of providing administrative support for multiple projects
* Experience of organising and facilitating meetings
* Experience of taking action-oriented meeting notes
* Ability to use standard Microsoft packages (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams), and websites
