Our Client are looking for a HR Shared Services Specialist to support with HR admin/operations processes in and for UK and Ireland.

The role will have some remote working but will require 3 days onsite in Berkshire.

Depending on levels of experience and qualifications there could be some flexibility on the daily rate. Candidates must be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities include:

- Create contracts, amendments, letters or any required HR documents
- Maintain physical and electronic employee files and master data in the HR-system
- Support with onboarding in UK&IR
- Support employees with HR documents, coordination of preparing documents, collecting signatures, providing them to employees and archiving them.
Collaboration with Payroll, benefits providers and support with administration and benefits enrolment

Required experience/knowledge/competences

- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of and experience with HR Operations/Administration in UK&IR, UK&IR legislation/requirements
- Knowledge of and experience with MS Office (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR-systems, preferably Success Factors and/or Workday
- Previous experience with ticketing systems
- Accurate, efficiency focused, able to pay attention to details
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
