The successful candidate would be responsible for:
* Developing a comprehensive business change strategy and plan as part of a large high profile transformation project pan Betsi Cadwallader Health Board within 6 weeks of start.
* Post 6 weeks, introduce to manage the change introduced by the implementation of major clinical and information systems within BCU Health Board, and the effect that this has on working practices, effectively managing the transition between the old system and associated ways of working, through the go-live period including training etc, to supporting the users post implementation into the service management of the business-as-usual environment.
Person Specification
* Successful experience of delivering change management using tested principles and methodologies - previous exposure to the NHS and electronic prescribing system and knowledge of clinical, management and information processes including complex patient pathways would be advantageous.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels to support impacted groups through their change journeys
* Excellent project planning, communication and presentation skills to be able to build and maintain confidence in the change approach and delivery
* The ability to work systematically to resolve problems, identify causes, anticipate resistance and make informed decisions to support a proactive plan to embed lasting change
* Experience of maintaining a high degree of effectiveness in a multi-task role, managing priorities and delivering to challenging timescales
* Developing strategy and managing change initiatives as part of a large transformation project across Betsi Cadwallader health board
* Working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and priorities
* Supporting the change delivery approach from a business and user community impact perspective
* Developing and implementing new change management processes and systems that increase change satisfaction levels and enhance the customer change journey
* Driving and adopting new ways of working across the business, ensuring the appropriate education, training and support to staff is available
* Maintaining project plans, risk assessments and status reports to effectively manage change initiatives
* Own transport for business use will be required for this role.
