roll outent is seeking a highly skilled Simphony Architect to lead the design and implementation of Simphony, a comprehensive hospitality management system, across their hotel chain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, deployment strategies, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop the overall architecture for Simphony implementation across our hotel chain
- Create detailed technical specifications and integration plans for Simphony deployment
- Collaborate with IT teams, hotel operations, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Simphony configuration and customization
- Lead the technical aspects of Simphony rollout, including data migration and system testing
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions during implementation
- Experience in evaluating inventory mgmt. solutions and integrating them with Simphony
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience with Simphony implementation and deployment in multi-property environments
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and hospitality management systems
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Simphony architecture and related technologies
- Strong knowledge of database design, API integration's, Oracle POS, and network infrastructure
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and scalable system design
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
This position requires occasional travel to hotel properties for on-site implementation and support and needs to be based out of UK.
